How to get Support?
BuzzMe! is a beta product based on a new technology platform. There are
bound to be unresolved issues and as an early user, you will run into
them. There are several ways in which you can flag a problem and find
solutions.

Discussion Board: You could start a topic here or browse to see if others in the Equals community have run into the same problems
- Features: You may have run into something that has already been
documented and worked around by the developers. Look and see.
- Buzz Me : Hit the Buzz Me! link above and you'll be directed
somewhere to leave a query or maybe talk to somebody on IM (depending
on the respective time zones and magnitude of problem)
- Issue tracker -- report issue: Report anything that strikes you as
unusual, irritating or just plain buggy here!
- Search through the Chapters: Students at several of the best academic institutions in the world are participants in the Equals experience. For ease of reference, they're organized into chapters. Browse the chapter forums and you may find that the problem you're experiencing has already been discussed and sorted out.
